The Challenge
1. Take the Vitality/Health Inventory. On the enclosed health inventory, mark every symptom or
condition you are experiencing at this time. This form is not for diagnosing or prescribing. It is for
you to establish a benchmark for yourself so you can go back after 30 days and ask yourself, “Now,
how is ______ doing?”
2. Educate yourself. During the 2-3 days it takes to receive your products, review the audio
presentations about the products and the impact it has had on other’s lives.
3. Purchase and consume every day the following products. To be successful in this challenge, follow
these instructions specifically, that is to eat and drink these whole foods every day for 30 days. It
only works if these foods get in the body.
o Eat 1 packet of VitaShake food per day
o Eat or drink 1 packet of Quinary food or 10 capsules per day
o Drink 1 Fortune Delight Beverage per day (makes up to 1 quart of tea)
o Use SunnyDew to nourish and sweeten to taste
o To increase effectiveness, don’t drink sodas, decrease consuming processed foods, and
increase your physical activities/exercises.

4. Communicate. Each week - Call and review your progress and experience each week. This gives
you a chance to ask any questions. We are here for your success!
5. Review Health Inventory after 30 days. After consuming the above Sunrider products for 30 days,
review your health inventory and ask yourself on each marked item, “Has this changed?” It is
exciting to see the changes.

How to Prepare and Eat the Foods
While the 30 Day Health Challenge is based on eating one serving per day for each food formula, you can eat as
many servings per day as you like. The more you eat, the more regeneration takes place. Many will eat two or
three per day. It is not as important when you eat each food as it is to eat the food.
Morning: Use as an instant breakfast.
Afternoon: Use as a pick-me-up when you feel short of
energy.
VitaShake: Add a packet of VitaShake to 8 - 10 ounces of
liquid. You can use water, Calli tea, Fortune Delight, fresh juice
(although be careful how juice you consume due to high
amounts of sugar), soy, rice, or almond milk. You can make a
fresh fruit and/or greens smoothie in a blender and add
VitaShake to the smoothie. Sweeten with SunnyDew to taste.
SunBars: Like any snack bar, open and eat!
Fortune Delight: Pour FD powder into 8-16 oz. room
temperature water. Mix in water. Add ice to cool it down.
