Location
HSE South – Carlow / Kilkenny is located in the Sunny South–East of Ireland. Kilkenny is
justifiably famous as an international centre for contemporary arts and culture. Carlow town
with its close proximity to Dublin is seen as vibrant and progressive. Affordable housing,
stress free commuting, a wide variety of sporting, leisure and educational amenities make
both counties attractive locations.
Candidates must meet the requirements of the Psychological Society of Ireland guidelines
for employment in the Health Services. Overseas candidates require Department of Health
accreditation in advance of application.
