 Grades 3-8 will be evaluated at time of registration. Plan on 30 minutes. Players should
wear shorts/sweats and sneakers. No jewelry, including earrings.
 NOTE FOR GIRLS: We may schedule some games versus Wayne PAL Recreation. If we
do, expect to play a quarter of your games at a Wayne facility.
REGISTRATION FEE
$100.00 for first player in family; $90.00 for second player in family; $260.00 max for three or more players
$80.00 Registration for the First and Second Grade Program
Late Registration Fee is an additional $25.00
NOTE: Your Registration fee includes 2 tickets per player to a breakfast fundraiser at Applebee’s in Butler.
You will have a choice at registration to select either Nov-22 or Dec-13. If you wish, you may resell these
tickets for $10 each. Also, additional tickets may be purchased at registration for $10 apiece.
1st and 2nd Grade Program - Two month program held on Saturdays beginning in January. Consists
of fundamentals, clinic and playing time. We need a few parents to help out. Please let us know at
registration, or you can approach us at the clinic.
Traveling Team Tryouts - All players interested in trying out for a Traveling Team MUST first
register, be evaluated and pay fee at one of the above registration sessions.
PARENTS NEEDED !
This program, like most, cannot run successfully without parents getting involved. While we always
need coaches, more importantly, we also need parents who can help with the many pieces of running
the program. If we are to keep this basketball program going for your children, and for children to
come, we need your help. Please let us know at registration, or contact one of our Board Members:
