1. Developing/Strengthening national partnerships
Identify and nominate National Data Manager to complete national coordination unit within Q1

Sign outstanding agreements - partnership and data sharing agreements as well as a Work and Funding Contract for 2015. (1.4; 4.8)
Strengthen collaboration under Plantwise through joint search for additional funding to scale up within the country all through the year (1.4)
2. Trainings
Train 32 plant doctors (Modules 1 and 2) in March and April using DFID BRACED funds ( 1.8
).
Use trained doctors in 2014 to train 72 auxiliary clinic staff in 3 batches to assist Plant Doctors.

3. Establish network of plant clinics
Identify at least 20 plant clinic teams and plant clinic sites with national partners and Self Help

Establish at least 20 new plant clinics in regions/provinces after training of auxiliary clinic staff in Module 1&2 (1.9; 1.10)
Hold quarterly cluster meetings of plant doctors pairing the regions (1.9)
DPVC technical staff visits each plant clinic at least twice in the year (1.9)
4. Support materials for plant doctors and farmers
Provide clinic logistics to at least 20 new clinics. (1.9)
Develop with the assistance of INERA (Research) and multiply prints of Pest Management
Decision Guides and photo sheets based on diseases and pests with high prevalence on 10 major crops identified during baseline survey for existing and new clinics. (1.9; 4.4)
Radio broadcasts on plant health issues carried out.
5. In-country data management
Print more prescription forms and clinic log books in French. (4.2)
Exploit the possibility of electronic data entry at clinic level (4.6).
Establish clinic data management processes (recording, collection, and collation) (4.5; 4.6; 4.8)
Guide the establishment of a national data validation and analysis process (4.5)
Facilitate data entry into Plantwise Online Management System (POMS) (4.5; 4.6; 4.8)
6. Monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment
Develop MPCP materials in French by May (5.1)

7. Plant clinic linkages
Linking plant clinics with ago-input suppliers
Acquire list of nationally registered agrochemicals for plant doctors (2.3)

Linking with diagnostic services
Strengthen partnership with University of Bobo and INERA in the provision of diagnostic lab services to clinics. (2.2)
Plant health rallies and mass extension campaigns
Use of rural radio broadcasts to provide information on phytosanitary issues informed by plant clinic data (3.3; 4.12; 4.15).
8. In-country scaling-up of Plantwise
Develop a scale up plan with national partners with identified operational funding and other indirect contributions.
