Must obtain 5 service points and 3 social points per semester
Inactive Membership o Exemption from attending the weekly Monday meetings o Can only be an inactive member for ONE semester during your time in AED at Virginia Tech o Must obtain ALL of the required points for the semester but not required to attend the weekly meetings o If you want to go inactive, you must bring in documented proof of a conflict (from work, class, etc.).
If you do not complete all of your required points during the fall semester, then those points will carry over to the spring semester.
If you still do not complete all of the extra points in addition to your required points by the end of spring semester, you will be blacklisted from the organization and your membership status will be available to Dr.
Wubah and the OHPA.
