1. Introduction
Provide an overview of your organisation and the proposed pilot including the
focus area(s), support materials to be developed, stakeholders and
collaborators. 300 words maximum
2. Organisational Profile
Provide a description of your organisation including the category of your
organisation, your core business, scope of operations, number of staff,
number of clients/customers/students, stakeholders and collaborators. 300
words maximum
3. Pilot Focus area(s)
Identify the intended focus area(s) for the proposed case study and describe
its relevance to the context of your organisation. It is envisaged that each
case study will have one focus area only, but more than one focus area may
be considered if this adds value to the proposed case study and is relevant to
the context of the organisation. 300 words maximum
4. Pilot study design
Provide an overview of the proposed case study giving an indication of the:
i. Purpose
ii. Audience
iii. Context
300 words maximum
5. Support Materials
Describe the support materials that will be developed as a result of the
proposed case study. 300 words maximum
6. Project personnel
List key project personnel, providing names, intended role(s) and a brief
description of their relevant experience.
7. Plan for liaising with personnel and stakeholders
Provide an overview of your plan for liaising with personnel and stakeholders
to be involved in the proposed pilot. For example:
 Initial face-to-face workshop with pilot participants
 Weekly teleconference with stakeholders
 Fortnightly site visits
 Monthly web conference

8. Timeline
When detailing the key dates for pilot activities,
please note the information in section 7.1 of the Request for Proposal
document and ensure that all activities are within the commencement and
completion dates identified in that section.
9. Budget
The maximum budget for pilot projects is $20,000. Please ensure that your
proposed pilot budget is within this maximum limit. Funds may only be used
for consumables, payment of project personnel and other costs such as travel
and accommodation. Funds may not be used to purchase hardware,
software, infrastructure, mobile phones or other such equipment.
