EVALUATION AND PRIORITIES

 Helpline House will confidentially review all requests and their recommendation for scholarship percentage level will be forwarded to the BIR Treasurer.

 No reason for Helpline House’s recommendation for the level of scholarship will be shared with

BIR.

No financial information will be shared with BIR.

 Helpline House needs to qualify applicants one time per calendar year.

 Scholarships will be granted based on need, budget and funds available.

Those recommended for 75% scholarships will be filled first. If additional scholarship funds are available, then those needing 50% scholarships will be awarded next followed by those needing

25% scholarships.

BIR works very hard to raise the money to fund all scholarships.

 BIR can never guarantee that scholarships will always be available.
