William S. Rudner, CPA

William is a Senior Accounting Executive with a demonstrated track record of success in corporate and
public accounting environments. As Chief Financial Officer, four companies under common ownership
increased profits and markets tremendously. As President of a public accounting firm, William helped to
increase volume by 10 times and profitability by 12 times. William’s success has been achieved through
establishing a trusting professional rapport and strong working relationship with clients.
William is the Chief Financial Officer of International Enterprises, Inc. Prior to this role, he was a Partner at
Cohen & Company LLC, and President of W. S. Rudner CPA & Associates, Inc.
William has many professional accomplishments. He managed and conducted audits and simultaneous
reviews of tax, operational, and business problems. He directed the preparation of prepared forecasts,
financial projections, and monthly financial statements. He advised and, at times, facilitated both the
buying and selling of businesses for clients by structuring transactions that provided the greatest tax
benefits while maintaining maximum profitability. He helped clients develop and implement strategic
business plans to increase profitability. He assisted clients in negotiating bank loans with business
covenants that were attainable. He annually advised clients in managing their tax obligations. William
collaborated with teams of attorneys and insurance agents, to establish estate plans for clients that
minimized estate taxes and maximized family wealth through the creative use of trusts, family limited
partnerships, gifts, etc. He prepared all forms in compliance with federal, state and local tax laws and
applied creative programs to legally reduce the existing tax burden. He assisted with choice of entity, the
structuring of transactions, private letter rulings, and IRS representation when necessary. William also
helped clients improve their business operations by providing the following services: business plans,
business valuations, buy-sell agreements, cash flow management, corporate documents (review and
update) cost control and containment, financing alternatives and venture capital, financial reporting systems
and design, internal control procedures, internal financial reporting, ownership succession, and personal
financial planning,
William earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The Ohio State University. In addition, he has a
Series 7 Securities License. He also earned a Certificate of Educational Achievement from the AICPA in
Personal Financial Planning. William is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society
of CPAs.
William is very active in his community. He was Treasurer of the Plain Township Rotary Club from 1997 to
2008. He was appointed as a Board Member of the Stark Area Regional Transit Authority by the Canton
City Council and was Chairman of the Finance Committee from 2001 to 2008. He was a member of the
Economic Development Committee of the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce from 2002 to 2008. He
was appointed as a Board Member of the Stark County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental
Disabilities by the Stark County Commissioners in January 2006 and Chairman of the Finance Committee
from 2007 to 2008. William is also a frequent guest lecturer on entrepreneurship and small business at the
Drage Vocational School.
