DESCRIPTION
Marketing Associate 3Cinteractive (3C) believes that strategies and competencies should be
clearly linked in order to drive sustainable, profitable growth. 3C sits at a critical intersection
between businesses and consumers that is growing more powerful every day. This growth
potential demands exceptional linkage between 3C’s strategy and its business model in order to
translate game-changing, strategic initiatives into effective and efficient actions.
The Marketing Associate is a teammate who comes to work everyday energetically focused on
providing brand messaging, content production and, preferably, graphic support to crossfunctional teams at 3C that help drive world-class marketing, branding, and client facing
presentations and solutions. 3C seeks a passionate teammate who is dedicated to producing
high-quality work products and deliverables that support 3C’s overall mission, while teaming
with the Sales, Revenue, Marketing and Strategy teams. It is essential that this person is able to
thrive in fast-paced environments, while staying open and flexible to direction and feedback
during production times, and work within the specified guidelines of each project.
The Marketing Associate will report into the VP of Retail Practice and Marketing.
The Qualified Candidate:
-Develops messaging, collateral, events, and business strategies aimed at acquiring new clients,
increasing our engagement with them and measuring the efficacy of such programs
-Develops and execute brand marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and
product adoption for 3Cinteractive. This involves working across the spectrum of marketing
communications - from branding and positioning to creative development and media planning
-Helps ensure all aspects of 3C’s marketing communications are on brand, consistent, focused
on the user, and employ best practices
-Works with the 3C product teams to assist in developing positioning, messaging, and strategy
for continual development of our core value proposition
Builds concise and meaningful stories out of complex information in order to achieve specific
objectives
-Skilled in copywriting and able to produce world-class content for various 3C marketing
initiatives and client-facing projects and presentations
-Be able to clearly communicate 3C’s brand positioning and voice to outside agencies retained
Able to work within designated guidelines, take direction from cross-functional teammates, and
manage projects from concept to completion
-Has knowledge of SEO content and digital strategies to optimize 3C’s overall web/content
performance and optimization – resulting in higher search results and increased traffic to 3C’s
website
-Is a team player that is willing to take on ad hoc projects and tasks that support the
performance of the Sales, Strategy, Revenue and Marketing teams
-Preferred knowledge and competence in presentation and graphic design standards, theories
and best practices; as well as proficiency in design production programs such as Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote, Powerpoint—using these programs to bring creative concepts
and sales presentations to completion
Executing Results:
Exercise project management skills including the ability to think end-to-end, manage short-term
and long-term projects, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Manage 3C’s external brand, look, and feel
Drive the management and creation of all 3C branded marketing materials and collateral from
concept to completion to be used in external marketing initiatives, trade shows, client facing
presentations and other marketing efforts; this includes the design, layout, and creation of
workbooks, whitepapers, one sheets, logos, etc.
Work closely with 3C’s sales and revenue generation team to design and produce client-facing
sales presentations and supporting materials
Produce/Prepare final files properly to printer specifications, as well as handle communications
and relationships with third party vendors to coordinate the execution of printed materials in a
timely manner to meet tight production deadlines

Bachelor’s degree required
1-3 years work experience in marketing, branding, or an agency preferably
Graphic design competencies and working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
preferred
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and the Wordpress platform a plus
