Whitley is 6-4 and 306 pounds, but his “quick feet” are responsible for the attention he’s garnered from NC State, Clemson, Mississippi State and LSU as a junior. The Yellow Jackets have been able to run the ball this season, with DeVonte Pressley currently sitting in second in the area with 838 rushing yards on 120 carries with eight touchdowns despite missing some time with an injury. Backup Willie McCloud has 326 yards and five touchdowns on 43 carries.
