The Department of Geotechnology, Khon Kaen University has been established since 1975. This year, we are
commemorating the 40th anniversary by organizing an International conference on “Geology, Geotechnology and
Mineral Resources of INDOCHINA” (GEOINDO 2015) during November 23-24, 2015, Centara Hotel and Convention
Centre, Khon Kaen, Thailand. The Conference is aimed to provide a broad platform for technical presentation and
discussions on topics related to Geology, Geotechnology, and Mineral Resources. In addition, we intend to
organize an international excursion from Khon Kaen, to Ubonratchathani, Pakse, Paksong, 4000 Island, Southern
Laos PDR during November 25-28, 2015. A brief description of the event can be found in the attached conference
brochure detailed information will be updated on an official website http://www.geoindo2015.org.
In order to accomplish the objectives of the Conference we plan to invite guest speakers from within the country
and abroad. The running cost especially on travelling and accommodation expenses for domestic and international
invited speakers as well as the excursion preparation are very high. Therefore, we would like to invite your
organization to be a partner with us by kind support on sponsoring the event. A Sponsorship form is attached
below along with a description of benefits. You can fax or mail the sponsorship form back.
