Overview
One Rock is an annual faith and music festival for the youth, young adults, and their
families across Alberta. It is held in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Calgary, and is supported by the different
dioceses in Alberta and the Northwest Territories. In 2014, the festival attracted about 3,000 people,
including people from the neighboring provinces of BC and Saskatchewan. In 2015, One Rock will be in its
sixth year.
One Rock gathers renowned contemporary Christian music artists, speakers, as well as local talent for a
weekend of musical performances, engaging talks, camping, food trucks and, more importantly, the
celebration of the Eucharist and adoration as a whole community. In the past, One Rock included Christian
music artists such as Matt Maher, Audrey Assad, Anthem Lights, and speakers such as Jason Evert and Dan
Dematte. This year, among those in the lineup will be Josh Blakesley, Chris Bray, Joe Zambon, Interior Castle,
and Catholic speaker Matt Fradd. It will be at the Tsuu T’ina Rodeo Grounds in Redwood Meadows, Alberta,
