TEACHER WORKSHOP REQUEST FORM
The Center for Wind Energy (CWE) at James Madison University is happy to offer workshops to teachers around
Virginia related to wind energy. See our website (http://wind.jmu.edu/eduandwork/teacherdev.html) for descriptions
of the different teacher workshops we offer. We aim to offer workshops at no cost to educators and provide each
participant with free resources to immediately implement what is learned in the workshop. However, this is not always
possible. If there is a cost for a workshop it will be discussed during the planning phase.
This form simply requests a date and potential topic for a workshop. Once the CWE staff receives the request we will
contact you to work with you to confirm a date and time and develop a customized plan for your workshop. Please
email or fax the completed form to CWE.
