Atmosphere Flip Book Purpose: To help you learn about the Atmosphere you will create a flip-book to describe each layer in detail. This project is in the exam and project grading category, which is 50% of your grade. This project is worth 28 pts. Your textbook and class videos will be your primary sources of information for this project, however, some out of class time may be needed for additional research. Your flip-book must have the following: Title page (creatively done) (4 pts) Reference page (4 pts) One page for each of the following (4 pts each) o Troposphere o Stratosphere o Mesosphere o Thermosphere o Ionosphere Each page needs to have ALL of the following information: o Full name(s) o Where layer is located o What happens in the layer o Sketch or diagram of the location of the layer in relation to other layers o One additional interesting fact about the layer How to Make a Flip-Book 1. Stack 4 sheets of paper, and place each sheet one higher than the previous sheet in the stack. 2. Bring the bottom of all 4 sheets upward and align the edges so that all of the layers are the same distance apart. 3. When all the tabs are an equal distance apart, fold the papers and crease well. 4. Open the papers and glue them together along the center fold.
