Functions The Sir Charles Darling caters for functions of all different occasions from birthday parties, reunions to corporate events. The bar is segregated off for functions. The area this provides is half the bar & the Beer Garden which is for the function’s use only. Finger food is available for as little as 20 people. Food is homemade, generous in quantity and there is something for everyone. We cater for gluten free, vegetarian and other dietary requirements on request. You are welcome to organised live music. CDs or any iPod are also able to be played. The Hotel also has a microphone for speeches. You are welcome to bring along any decorations as well as a cake. The Hotel is licensed to midnight so alcohol is no longer able to be served past this time and patrons are required to leave the hotel by 12:30am. Keep in mind form Sunday –Thursday we run specialty nights for $13.50 and we also have a lunch menu that runs 7 days 11:30am-5pm. These menus pose a budget friendly option for functions.
