3. Attested copies of the Performance Evaluation Report for the last two years (fiscal years
2013-2014 and 2014-2015)

5. NOC from the concerned Parent Department/Ministry

The selected candidate will be entitled to the following allowances:
30% Deputation Allowance of the basic pay (as per LPC issued by the parent organization) and
other allowances, entitlements, TA/DA etc. will be as per MHPA and PHPA’s Service Rules and
Regulation.
