BCSR 2012 (available at RCSC website - www.rcsc.gov.bt) may apply to the office of the Human
Resource Division on or before December 31, 2015 with the following documents:
1. Application with Curriculum Vitae
2. Citizen Identity Card Copy
3. Attested copies of the Performance Evaluation Report for the last two years (fiscal years
2013-2014 and 2014-2015)
4. Attested copies of Academic Transcripts and Training Certificates.
5. NOC from the concerned Parent Department/Ministry
6. Security Clearance Certificate
7. Audit Clearance Certificate
8. Medical Certificate, and
9. Other relevant certificates.
The selected candidate will be entitled to the following allowances:
30% Deputation Allowance of the basic pay (as per LPC issued by the parent organization) and other
allowances, entitlements, TA/DA etc. will be as per MHPA and PHPA’s Service Rules and
Regulation.
