Strive Warren Blackwood Inc (Strive) is a locally governed not for profit Disability Service
Provider, based in Bridgetown and Manjimup and covering a geographical area from
Donnybrook, Boyup Brook, Bridgetown, Manjimup, Nannup, Pemberton and Northcliffe.
Our vision is: Enabling people with a disability to live as valued members of their community.
Strive offers planning and support for individuals and families to identify their goals and
ambitions, and assist people to achieve positive outcomes through employing local support
people, introduction to local networks and utilising local knowledge.
Strive can assist families to plan regular short respite options for a family member with a
disability and provide transport support to access chosen options outside of your local area.
Strive offers a wide range of strategies, support and coordination to work with you in achieving
your goals
Pricing information
Strategy prices are negotiable and start from $50 through to $70.36 for some specialist
services. Transport costs are $14 per 100 kms and a State Government issued fuel card can
be used in lieu of fuel payment.

Strive Warren Blackwood Inc. provides reasonable and necessary
disability related supports and services to eligible individuals through
contract with the Disability Services Commission. Individuals and their
family or other stakeholders make independent decisions about which
supports or services they wish to purchase and this guide is provided to
support that process.
