I will look for opportunities to participate in industry discussions, panels, surveys, and participate in industry journals, writing articles. I will be friendly and considerate in transitioning clients between other firms. I will strive to teach other team members all I know and look for opportunities to expand each other’s technical abilities. 7. Training: I learn from my mistakes. I consistently learn, grow and master so that I can help my fellow team members and clients learn, grow and master too. I participation in controlled situational training to help hone my service and problem resolution skills before I am placed in those situations with clients. 8. Community: I proudly represent Hall & Associates CPAs, LTD in my community. I will be an example to those around me and look for ways to uplift those in need. I will be sympathetic to unfortunate circumstances, consistent in providing aid, understanding and compassionate in my desire to improve others. I will not put myself in positions to be taken advantage of or to complete impossible tasks. I will strive to find ways to give back to my community through direct charitable donations and individual participation in specialized organizations and charitable events. 9. Professional Compliance: I am self-regulated by CPA oversight boards. I pledge to follow all required ethical and professional guidelines, and I will maintain the required documented process of internal quality control. I will regularly update and maintain all required processes and adhere to them explicitly. 10. Appearance: I separate myself from others in my industry by maintaining a professional appearance. I standout compared to others because of how I present myself. I keep my language to a professional level. In conversation with clients I balance the amount of personal disclosure.
