FA Licensed Coach Education Tutors required Great players need great coaches. But who coaches the coaches? To create quality coaches, The FA must boast a qualified, specialist and diverse tutor workforce for each level of qualification and offer improved support. This cohort of tutors will educate and shape the next generation of coaches by teaching ideas, values, philosophy and principles. As part of our annual licenced tutor audit, we now seek applications from coaches who possess the right credentials to join our current workforce of licenced tutors to support the delivery of the following courses and we welcome applications from all parts of the community as we seek to diversify our tutor workforce: FA/1st4sport Level One Coaching FA/1st4sport Level Two Coaching FA Youth Award Module 1 – Developing the Environment The benefits of becoming an FA Tutor include: • Access to an environment of learning, working alongside some of The FA's national coaches • An excellent support package and CPD programme – including access to The FA's Generic Tutor Training Programme, which will equip you to be a skilled tutor.
