Thank you for expressing an interest in the Outstanding Teacher Programme (OTP)
In order to book a place, please complete all sections of the application form and return it, in the
post, together with a cheque for £650 made payable to Hawksmoor School. Please mark the
envelope ‘For the attention of Caroline Collis’. Please complete a separate form for each participant.
We ask that the head teacher identifies and fully supports each participant and ensures that each
participant is clear as to why they are on the course.
We need head teacher contact details, as the communication about the programme will go directly
to them.
A full OTP agenda, detailing the focus and timing of each session will be sent to programme
participants on receipt of this completed form. It is important that close attention is paid to the
agenda as sessions can either be a half-day or a full day.
There is no funding for supply cover.
