JUNIOR BOYS VOLLEYBALL 2015-2016
Dear Players, Parents/Guardians;
Congratulations on becoming a member of the Irwin Junior Boys Volleyball team!
This year Mrs. Schommer and Miss. McClelland will be coaching the Irwin Junior Boys Volleyball team.
The season runs from September to the end of October. It is very important that you come to practice
and games each week. You are also responsible for a $20 Player Fee and $20 Jersey Deposit (separate
cheques please). The Jersey Deposit will be returned to you after you have returned your jersey at the
end of the season. You can address your cheques to O.M. Irwin School.
We realize this is short notice, but we are excited to get playing. If you have any questions, feel free to call
the school at 306 778 9270. Please bring permission forms back as soon as possible. If you are willing
and able to drive, we are in need of families to help with transporting students between schools on game
days. If you have not sent in a Drivers Authorization Form already this September and are willing to
drive, please send in a completed copy with your child.
The Irwin Junior Boys Volleyball teams will be practicing on Wednesdays from 3:15-4:30pm each week.
Game nights are Monday for the Junior Boys Volleyball league as well, aside from one game day being
pushed to a Tuesday on October 13th because of Thanksgiving being on the Monday. Games start right
after school, once teams have arrived to their venue.
