SOMERSET GOES GREEN
Somerset has officially gone "green" with its curbside recycling program. 36gallon recycling containers are currently being delivered around the City of
Somerset. Residents can place the following items in their recycling bins:
*Plastic bottles
*Aluminum and tin cans
*Cardboard boxes
*Newspapers
*White and color paper
*Magazines and junk mail
*Envelopes
*Coated paper
*Brochures and pamphlets
A kick-off with the Mayor and Council at City Hall gathered to hear from local
dignitaries about the events leading up to the new recycling program.
