Dear Senior/Junior Parent,

As you all know prom time is here! Your students have been working overtime to raise the funds to have another outstanding prom this year.

The Junior/Senior Henryville prom will take place at Kye’s in Jeffersonville on Friday, April 26, 2013. The prom is scheduled to take place from 8 pm to 11 pm. All attending students must be at the prom no later than 9 pm. We are very strict on this policy, so please help your student to be on time.

Tickets are on sale MARCH 1 st through MARCH 22 nd , during lunch or at any time in Mrs. Fischmer’s room. No one will be able to purchase a ticket after this date. This is firm due to purchasing and delivery of items for the event. There will be no exceptions. If your student attends Prosser or Ivy Tech classes, please share this information with them. We do not want these students excluded.

Ticket cost:

Seniors $5

Senior plus date not in their own grade $40

Juniors $50

Junior plus date $90 (not a Senior)

Those who have paid their class dues, sold Avon or worked concessions will have that amount subtracted from their ticket cost at time of purchase.

ALL STUDENTS planning to attend prom must sign up and purchase a ticket during ticket sales. Once the deadline for sales has come to an end students will not be able to attend prom if they forgot to purchase. As you can see, tickets are available for purchase for 3 weeks at school, and can be bought at any time.

Things your prom attendees with outside guests will need:

IDs of any guests they are bringing that are not Henryville students, as well as, the permission slip for that person turned in at the time of ticket purchase. These forms can be found at tickets sales or with

Mrs. Fischmer in her room at any time of day. We are also including one with this letter. Permission slip deadline is March 22 nd .

Thank you so much for your cooperation and assistance during this wonderful time for your child. This is truly when memories are made, and we are honored to be a part of them.

Sincerely,

Amy Fischmer and Kim Waller
