Senior Schedule of Events 2013-2014
Oct 17 FALL SENIOR CLASS MEETING—9:00-10:00 a.m. (Period 2)
 Senior group picture will be taken first in the main gym. Paid orders and order forms will be collected during the photo session.
Order forms are available in the library prior to this date. Orders should be given to the to the photographer on October 17.
 Cap and gown measurement forms will be completed by students and submitted in the auditorium after the group photo.
 Graduation announcement order information will be distributed.
 Diploma name cards will be completed and collected. Seniors will have the opportunity to check accuracy of name. Any changes
requested after the diploma has been printed will require payment of a $25.00 fee.

Apr 26 COMMUNITY PROJECT PRIDE participation—8:30 a.m.-noon. Attendance is mandatory.
May 9 COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS DUE to opt-out of final exams due to Mr. Milczewski. Questions? See Mr. Milczewski now.

May 10 CEDAR POINT TRIP—Community and parent sponsored. May 10 is tentative date for this event.
May 14 PRE-PROM MEETING—Senior class will meet with Mr. King to remind students of the prom rules and expectations.
May 17 PROM PROMENADE—RHS Gym—5:30-6:30 p.m.
PROM—Tickets required, dinner and dance at The Tangier, 7:00-11:30 p.m.
 Dinner served 7:45 p.m., tickets are $50.00 each
 Prom tickets available for pick up Wednesday, April 23–Friday, May 2 at 3:00 p.m.
 Purchase tickets under Activity Fees in your EZpay account
 Late ticket fee $25—After above deadline through Friday, May 9 at 3:00 p.m. tickets must be purchased in-person with check made
payable to Revere Senior Class or cash to Miss Gobrogge with an additional fee of $25. No ticket sales after May 9 at 3:00 p.m.
 Prom contracts are required for all participants. All attendees must have completed contract in-hand when coming to pick up prom
tickets. Prom tickets will not be issued if contract paperwork is not completed.
 No refunds will be issued after May 2. Cancellations must be in writing and given directly to Miss Gobrogge by Friday, May 2 at
2:45 p.m. Emergency situations will be considered by administration.
 Basic concepts of school dress code will apply. Access all dance guidelines using the website below.
May 18 POST PROM PARTY—Community and parent sponsored. Riviera Lanes, 20 S. Miller Road. 12:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m.
May 23 SENIOR SUPERLATIVES & CLASS PICNIC—11:25-1:25. Seniors will be asked to contribute to the meal.
May 27-28 SENIOR EXAMS for those students who did not opt-out via community service hours.
May 29 SENIOR AWARDS & RECOGNITION—7:45 a.m. Seniors report by 7:30 a.m. Attendance is mandatory.
 Dress up and dress appropriately for this event. Dress code still applies.
 Caps/Gowns and commencement tickets will be distributed at the end of the assembly.
GRADUATION PRACTICE – 12:30 p.m. Akron Civic Theatre. Attendance is mandatory for participation in ceremony.
June 1 GRADUATION—11:00 a.m., Akron Civic Theatre, 182 S. Main St.
Senior Fees
 Graduation $30, mandatory fee for all seniors. Payment can be made online through EZpay or by check made payable to Revere
Senior Class and given directly to Miss Gobrogge.
 Prom ticket $50, only if student is attending. If a senior is bringing a guest who is not a member of the RHS senior class, an
additional ticket for prom must be purchased. Payment can be made online through EZPay under Activity Fee section until May 2 at
3:00. Ticket sales after that date incur a $25 late fee and must be purchased from Miss Gobrogge with cash or check made payable to
Revere Senior Class.
