Prom Ticket Order Form
It’s that time of year again….Prom Season! This year’s Prom ‘Hollywood Nights’ will be held
on Friday, May 16th, 2014 from 7:00-11:00pm at the Loft Ballroom in Laurel, Maryland. Prom
Tickets are now on sale for $35.00 each.
Each person attending must purchase a ticket. In order to adequately prepare for the policies of
the Loft Ballroom and to ensure a proper catering count, we are requiring that anyone entering
the ballroom to purchase a ticket. Unfortunately a ticket will need to be purchased for each guest,
regardless of the amount of time spent inside. We would like to avoid any last minute costs or
confusion at this year’s prom. We apologize in advance for this strict policy.
In order to streamline ticketing this year, we are asking families to fill out the form below when
purchasing Prom Tickets. Please list the names of your guests that will be attending.
