On Friday 20 July 2012 at 1.45 a visiting performer of the name Tjupurru will play the didjeribone
which is an Australian made and designed instrument fusing the elements of the didjeridoo and
trombone. His shows present a seamless entertaining and educational exploration of ancient
tradition. As well as developing a wider appreciation of traditional and cultural arts, students are
introduced to the amazing world of modern musical technologies. The cost of the performance is
$3.50 per child. Please return the permission note and money to the front office by 29 June 2012
(last day of term 2).
