Strategic Resource Allocation Process, since many Graduate Council members serve on the SRAM teams it would be advantageous for the Graduate Council to discuss the progress of the strategic resources allocation process to move forward with the

Philosophy statement to accompany the Graduate School mission statement. a.
Faculty Senate Executive Committee suggested that the Graduate Council develop and adopt a philosophy statement to go along with the mission statement. Comments from the Director
56.
Discussion about the spring 2015 ceremonies. It appears that there will be a total of five ceremonies; two on Friday for the College of Health, Science, and Technology separate graduate and undergraduate ceremonies. Three ceremonies on Saturday combined undergraduate and graduate for each college.
57.
A discussion needs to take place about an updated walk late policy. Almost 300 students who applied for fall 2014 graduation have already requested to walk in the spring 2015 ceremony.
58.
International Admissions deadlines should be reviewed for the upcoming semester to solidify the deadlines and what the deadline entails.
