Based on the above weather forecast for next 5 days, Gramin Krishi Mausam Sewa, ARS,

 In coming days, there is possibility of decrease in day and night temperature, high to medium relative
humidity, medium to high winds and cloudy weather with moderate rains.
 Try to conserve the rain water as much as possible.
 Farmers coming to krishi mandis to sell their produce should come with proper arrangements to
protect their produce in chances of rains in krishi mandi.
 Arrange to keep the harvested produce at proper and secured place kept in open field for threshing
and drying, to protect from coming rainfall.
 It is right time for sowing of American cotton by using 16 kg seed with 65-70 cm row to row and
20-25 cm plant to plant spacing. Apply 50 kg nitrogen and 40 kg phosphorus per ha as basal
application at the time of sowing.
 It is right time for pruning in Ber orchards from end of April to 3rd week of May. Do not delay this
practice, otherwise, ber plants may become wild type and production will be lowered.
 Apply planofix @ 2 ml/litre in citrus orchards, to prevent fruit drop in citrus plants due to present
climatic conditions,
 To get good production from aonla orchard, spray 0.4 % borex + 0.4 % CaCO 3 at an interval of 15
days and irrigate the orchard frequently.
