EBV Avid- Avid is very affectionate and easy to work with. He has started longing, and is comfortable
with crossties, clippers, and other ground handling. He has very similar markings to his full brother
of the same year, EBV Talus. They would make a great driving pair. He will mature to around 14.2 h
and become a dark bay. Avid’s full sister, EBV Rose has won 2 consecutive Futurity Championships as
well as placing in numerous IBC classes. EBV Revana, Avid’s full sister won her Futurity
Championship as a yearling.

EBV Piper- Piper is our first filly out of our mare Mariah, who just appeared in a movie, The Greening
of Whitney Brown. We love her coloring and confirmation. She is Futurity nominated, and we have

2007 FILLIES
EBV Sattui- Sattui is a beautiful three-year-old filly with amazing movement. She is well under
saddle, and is very willing to learn. She competed at the Stone Tavern Breed Show at the New Jersey
Horse Park this year where she placed third in the yearling fillies class against Hanoverians and
Oldenburgs. She would make an excellent Dressage or carriage horse. Sattui has been started in
harness, and is confident alone on trails. We love using Sattui as an ambassador for the breed, as she
displays the gentle disposition that is characteristic of the breed. She has been to Equine Affairs, and
State Fairs, and competed in trail class and numerous halter classes. Awards: 2008 Fifth Place at
Dressage at Devon Gypsy Vanner IBC Class, 2008 Third Place at Stone Tavern Gypsy Vanner IBC

EBV Rose- Rose is a striking filly with a heart on her left side! She won the 2008 Yearling Gypsy
Vanner Futurity Championship at the Buckeye Gold Cup Gypsy Vanner Show in Ohio. She is well
under saddle, and shows a willingness to learn. Rose has been started in harness. With such a great
temperament she would make an exceptional broodmare or show horse. She has competed in trail
and numerous halter classes, including the IBC Gypsy Vanner class at Dressage at Devon. Awards:
2008 Buckeye Gold Cup Yearling Futurity Champion, 2009 Buckeye Gold Cup 2 year old Filly

2007 GELDINGS
EBV Duckhorn-Duckhorn has great temperament, and a nicely refined confirmation. He is a big
mover, and would be well suited as a driving or dressage horse. He has been under saddle for about a
year, and is confident on the trails. Duckhorn is scheduled to be gelded this spring. Duckhorn is
available for $14,000.
EBV Brunello- Brunello is a farm favorite. With great confirmation and a personality to match he is a
great stallion prospect. He is well under saddle, and has been started in harness. Brunello is great

EBV Beringer- Beringer is a stylish colt with unusual markings. With black spots in his feathers, and
a zebra striped mane, he is sure to be a showstopper. He has been shown successfully at the Gypsy
Dream Park Classic, and is started under saddle. He has been ground driven as well. We anticipate
him to mature to be 14.1 hh. Beringer is available for $13,500.
EBV Cru- Cru is Turley’s second foal, and he has great markings and confirmation. His coloring will
darken to a deep chestnut. Cru is inquisitive with a great personality. Cru is futurity eligible, and will
mature to about 14.1 hh. He has been started under saddle and has been ground driven as well. Cru is

Nickle Nickle- Nickle Nickle has great bloodlines, and has the confirmation to prove it. He already
has a thick crested neck, and with beautiful markings he is sure to mature into an excellent stallion.
Nickle Nickle is futurity eligible, and will mature to about 14.2 hh. He has been started under saddle
and has also been ground driven. Nickle would make an exceptional Stallion prospect. Nickle is

EBV Aida- Is a very gentle filly, and would be great around small children. She will mature to be
around 14 hh, but has a huge stride and amazing carriage. Aida has been started under saddle, and
has been ground driven. She has the thickest mane we have ever seen! Aida would make a great all

Update Biography:
Turley- El Brio Vanner is now offering one of their champion stallions for sale. Turley is currently
standing stud at El Brio, and has produced three foals out of our own mares, EBV Plump Jack, EBV
Cru and EBV Kendall. Turley is trained to ride and drive. He attended the Ohio State Fair in 2006
where he was shown and placed in English and western pleasure classes, and the stallion halter class.
He has also been shown at Dressage at Devon in the Gypsy Vanner IBC class, and the 3 year-old
materiale class among other local dressage shows.
In 2009, Turley won Supreme Champion on both Saturday and Sunday at the Dream Park Classic in
New Jersey. Performing well in halter and under saddle classes allowed him to be named High Point
for the weekend. Just a few months later Turley was named High Point at the Buckeye Gold Cup in
Ohio. We were so excited to see Turley excel, we decided to enter him in the USDF Breeders
Championship series. After qualifying for the Championships at Stone Tavern, we headed for
Dressage at Devon. Turley finished up his show season with a bang as he was named the Reserve
Champion Stallion of the Eastern States USDF GAIG Breeders Championship Series. With so many
great wins this season, Turley was recently announced as the High Point Performance Horse as well
as the Overall High Point for the year at this year’s Gypsy Vanner Horse Society meeting.
