needed to make a career change. He found
himself among the retail level at Toys R Us.
Working for about three years in various
positions and stores, he stumbled across an
opening for Human Resources Manager.
Robert felt he was an excellent
representative of the company, and soon
after applying, he had received the job. He
has been in his position for the past six
months.
Robert still manifests many of the same
interests he had as a child. He loves music,
being skilled at playing organ, piano, and
clarinet; and singing both bass and alto. He
also enjoys listening to music. He still loves
reading books- especially classics and
biographies. He reads a new book every
week. When he is not working, he is an
active gamer in his spare time. Robert says

seeing the smiles on kids’ faces in the store.
He feels it is his job to be the best
representative of his company he can be, and
make his company a fun and safe working
environment for his new hires. Robert feels
as is if he is a big kid at heart, and lives by
the company’s motto: “I don’t wanna grow

Vegas Motor Speedway will be under an
immense amount of scrutiny regarding this
latest death on the track. The timing of the
issue is one of impending concern in that it will
need to be addressed soon.
The strengths in this situation are that the
owners of the track have an opportunity to do
something about future races and perform
some sort of public service. The bottom line is
that this tragedy could have been prevented.
