So we finally got our glutes in gear to help keep
you guys up to date with the latest news and
events with the highly awaited HPC newsletter

We going to kick this of by firstly thanking each
and every one of you for your continuous
support, because without you guys we would not
be here today, so a big THANK YOU from us.
The last 1 year 3months have been everything
we’ve wished for: successfully open a training
centre, train individuals and help them reach
their INDIVIDUAL goals, provide a great

through the application of the scientific method,
and finally push each other to better ourselves
each day.
So the last year has been an interesting and
exciting one for us. We formed some really
strong bonds with people along the way and
continue to strive for that. Members feel like
people rather than “member 24” which we
believe is key in creating a positive training
environment. We had some super stars visit our
facility and train here which was pretty cool.
You probably wondering who are these super
stars, well firstly Thomas Abercrombie from the

Just finished a training session and well we
think sunny could have a career in basketball,
after all he has the height for it
NZ Breakers and the Tall Blacks, and Brandon
Vera of the UFC. Was pretty cool to have elite
athletes come in and train in our facility when
we were pretty much only a few weeks old.
When you see these guys train and putting
everything they got into it, explains why they are
in the position they are today.

NICK “GOOSE” MATHEWS
Our first official member of the HPC family. You know
when Nick is around, generally by greeting everybody and
being very loud. From day one Nick has always tried to
better himself and gives 110% at every training session.
This boy does not need any motivation, purely selfmotivated. That hard work helped him captain and push
his u21 Northcote rugby team to a championship win. He
is a bit of an oldie now so has moved up to the premier
grade within the club… p.s. We think that jersey might be a
little bit too small for you.
