We also have three dedicated staff who work fulltime towards realization of organization’s goals and objectives and a team of over 30 volunteer therapists who donate between one and four hours a week to attend to patients and their families visiting the centre. In addition to this, we have about 20 volunteers who help with the day to day administrative and patient support services. This structure has enabled us deliver quality and highly sustainable services to over 1500 with plans to roll out a similar model in the centres we plan to establish across Kenya. We raise most of our money through events, and regular giving programmes with well established relationships with individual donors and dedicated team of volunteers who help us execute our yearly budget to cater for the ever increasing number of patients. Planning, monitoring and evaluation Regular monitoring and evaluation of our projects is done with success stories documented and shared with our supporters and the general public. These are shared through our website, blog, social media pages and at the centre by our volunteers and staff. We have in place a donor care model that ensures we continue to attract and maintain donor relationships in our regular giving programme. 5|Page Faraja Cancer Support- Organization Profile- 2012 References 1.
