Bowdoin College Dining Service requests that you complete this questionnaire to
help us evaluate vendor commitment to progressive sustainability efforts and
carbon emissions reduction. We would appreciate your completion of this brief
questionnaire in as much detail as you can provide to assist us in this effort.
