Dear Parents,
The Kindergarten Halloween Party is set to take place on Monday, October 31 st . This will be a combined class party for Rooms 1 and 2.
The morning will begin with the Kindergarten Costume Parade around the school at 9:00am, followed by a fun-filled day of events with crafts, games and treats! Children may come to school in their costumes, however no weapons or masks will be allowed.
As there are currently a total of 51 children in the two classrooms, we anticipate the party will cost approximately $200.00 (about $4.00 per child). This will include the cost of the supplies for the crafts and games, as well as the treats, prizes and decorations.
We are also looking for volunteers to help on the day of the party. If you can’t make it the dayof, perhaps you can help with some of the prep work before hand. Please read over the information below and let us know how you would like to help.
Please return your donation and the completed information below in the attached envelope in your child’s homework folder on Tuesday, October 11 th .
