R0M 1X0 TERMS AND CONDITIONS The West Souris River Conservation District will provide financial assistance as follows: 1. 50% of costs (material and labour) to a maximum of $1000 for any one or combination of the above mentioned project options upon inspection and approval by the West Souris River Conservation District. 2. Applicant will normally be responsible for providing labour. 3. Where bufferstrips and pastures are established with West Souris River Conservation District assistance landowners shall not break pasture, burn, cultivate or in any way cause damage to bufferstrips for a minimum of 4 years. 4. Projects applied for must be within the WSRCD. 5. Applicant must supply a copy of the Driller’s Report and invoice for construction. 6. Applications are subject to Board approval and availability of funding.
