Second Grade News Miss Scherba’s Class Week of January 26, 2015 – January 30, 2015 Language Arts – This week, we will finish Unit 3.2 – Officer Buckle and Gloria. We will discuss children’s experiences with safety. We will spell words with long u (i.e. music and use). In grammar, we will learn about present-tense verbs, subject-verb agreement, and using commas in a series. While reading, we will discuss using illustrations. Monday – (H.W.) Math Tuesday (H.W.)
