You will be creating an informational poster on the Biome assigned to you.
Directions:
1. Poster size 22x28
2. On your poster you must include the following information
a. Name of your Biome largely written (ex. Estuary)
b. Name of your specific location largely written (ex. Bolsa Chica Wetland)
c. World map showing where your biome is located
d. Abiotic Factors
i. Terrestrial Biomes: Average temperature (may include average temperatures during
each season), average rainfall, soil types
ii. Aquatic Biomes: average temperature, amount of sunlight, oxygen levels, pH,
average rainfall
1. Ocean Biomes must also include the following: salinity levels, description of
tides or currents
iii. A diagram of one biogeochemical cycle (carbon, water, nitrogen)

i. Picture and names of 5 specific animals and plants that live there.
ii. 3 Adaptations plants and animals have to survive in this biome
iii. A diagram of a FOOD WEB (use pictures and names of organisms)
