Transactions and Asset Management Analyst
Duties:
Analytical and valuation support for acquisitions and asset
management departments including financial model development,
research and reporting functions. Performs other duties as assigned
by Executive Vice President, including, but not limited to:
1. Developing and maintaining Argus and Excel-based
financial models for transaction analysis, asset valuation,
budgeting and variance analysis, debt and credit evaluation,
etc.
2. Preparing investment memorandums, annual property and
portfolio business plans and quarterly and annual reports.
3. Conducting real estate market research.
4. Providing analytical support for transactions including new
acquisitions, new and restructured leases, mortgage
financings and refinancing.

Software Used:
MS Office (primarily Excel), Argus, MRI
Experience and/or
Education
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a major in finance or economics.
Entry level or one year of experience as a financial analyst,
preferably with a real estate-related firm. Must be proficient in
Excel and Argus.

Compensation
Analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills, ability to
meet deadlines and work under pressure.
$40,000-$55,000 based on experience
