If an exchange or refund is required, please return the goods in their
original condition within 30 days of receipt. Goods must be returned by
recorded delivery and clearly marked for the attention of Emma Barnes
to RCSLT, 2 White Hart Yard, London, SE1 1NX.

The RCSLT will not accept responsibility for lost parcels when returning
goods and reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund if the
goods have been damaged in any way.
