CSC Internship Program Placement Procedure 1) Staff member contacted by potential student. -Staff member directs potential student to fill out internship application online https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/CSCInternshipApp -Staff member emails Internship Program Coordinator (lrwhite@csctulsa.org) to notify of potential placement or 1) Internship Program Coordinator is contacted regarding potential internship. 2) Internship Program Coordinator access and reviews internship application. 3) Internship Program Coordinator contacts Program Director in student interest areas to determine placement abilities, limitations, and staff capacities for potential internship placement. 4) Internship Program Coordinator contacts interested student, conducts informal phone interview for additional information related to internship placement. 5) If appropriate, Internship Program Coordinator schedules in-person interview with interested student. Respective Program Director(s) and HR to attend, if necessary, to ensure proper internal placement. 6) If placement is un-successful based upon interview and school requirements, Internship Program Coordinator will document conducted interview and reason for not placing within agency. 7) If placement is determined, the Internship Program Coordinator, in collaboration with the HR Department, will supply the internship student follow-up materials and complete necessary paperwork for the agency and academic institution. Materials will be provided to the HR Department for housing. 8) Internship Program Coordinator will contact Program Director with specifics related to the Internship Student's academic requirements, including starting and completion dates. 9) Internship student will work with Internship Program Director to complete required internal or programmatic trainings, HR paperwork, and the agency specific Internship Training/Orientation.
