Internship in Trade Finance (6-12 months) – Export & Trade Finance

For our Export & Trade Finance department, we are looking for an intern (6-12 months) who will be in charge of the following tasks:

support to the front-office operators in the negotiation and follow-up of Trade Finance Operations (confirmation of Letter of Credits, issuance of
international guarantees, forfaiting…);
coordination of transactions’ processes and positions follow-up with the Front, Middle and Back Offices;
communication with the different contributors, including internal and external clients.
Requested profile :

Graduate level education, preferably a Master in Economics or Finance;
Strong interest in the international trade and finance; a first experience (internship or short-term contract) in the area of international trade is an
asset;
Self-motivated, proactive, driven, detail oriented, with a high team spirit and a strong ability to negotiate on the phone with international clients;
Fluency in English and German is mandatory; good level of French is an asset;
Very good IT skills and knowledge of Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
