NEW MEXICO TRIBAL HISTORIC PRESERVATION OFFICE (THPO) CONTACT LIST
The New Mexico Tribal Historic Preservation Office (THPO) Contact List has been created from the
National Park Service Tribal Preservation Program information on THPOs. The list reflects all THPOs
for tribes that have land ownership with the State of New Mexico. This list reflects only officially
designated THPOs and is for use by cultural resource professionals who wish to contact tribes within
New Mexico. Please also refer to tribal contact information for tribes that do not have officially
designated THPOs. Please be advised that it is the user’s responsibility to confirm each tribe’s
consultation protocol and contact information for each project. For corrections or changes to this list,
