1. Go to http://www.wynjade.com/adidaswindycity16 ; Click on CLUB/TEAM/FAMILY
RESERVATIONS; next click OK on the pop up box; then click on Make
Reservations. Enter your secure team's username ( powervolleyball2015 ) and
password ( powervbc2015 )
2. Choose “Assign a Room / Make a Reservation.” from the left hand menu bar
3. Scroll down and find your team name and then Click on “Enter names.”
4. Scroll down and fill in your name, arrival and departure dates, room type,
roommates’ names, and credit card information and then scroll to the bottom and
click “Reserve rooms.”

Reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card at the time the reservation
is made.
You must reserve your room by 6:00 pm on February 18, 2016. In order to confirm your
most current information, you must continue to make all inquiries and changes with
Windy City National Qualifier Housing / Wyndham Jade, until March 17, 2016. Beginning
March 18, 2016 all changes will go direct to the hotel.
