HOTEL RESERVATION
Please list your preferred choice of hotel. Hotel reservation is accepted on a first-come-first-served basis.
Every attempt will be made to accommodate your request, but CYTS will not be held accountable for non-availability of
rooms in the hotel of your choice at the time of booking.
Rooms have been blocked from 15 May to 28 May 2016 inclusive. For reservation requests outside of this time period,
CHINA CYTS M.I.C.E SERVICE CO.LTD will do their best to accommodate but will not be held responsible for non-availability
of rooms.
All extra room charges (‘incidentals’) will be paid by the participants at the hotel reception according to hotel policy.
Participants will be required to supply a credit card at the time of check-in.
Check-in and check-out times are 14:00h and 12:00h respectively.
