English II Summer School – Session 2 (July 19 – July 30)
All assignments can be found at: http://wsfcs.k12.nc.us/Page/58108. Approximate time limits are provided for each
assignment to help you keep track of your progress.
For these sessions, you will be completing a series of projects that will take anywhere from half a day to two days.
This is designed to allow you time to work at your own pace, with guidance as needed. Progress will be checked
throughout the day and recorded. Final submissions will be made to Edmodo.
To create an Edmodo account:
 Go to http://wsfcs.edmodo.com/
 Click “I’m a student”
 Enter the group code: dkccmt
 Create (if you don’t already have): Username and Password
 Enter your name.
 Press submit (or whatever is says at the bottom.)
We will also be using some modules on Plato (http://ple.platoweb.com/).
You must complete all assignments satisfactorily to pass. This means that you need to do your best work, proofread,
and be proactive about submitting things in on time. If an assignment does not reach standard, you will be asked to
do it again.
