Natal Essentials is the specialist in post natal care that provide modern women with customized menu,
food preparation and home delivery service in the post-natal month. The meals may look ordinary but
they are flavored with special ingredients (Such as herbs, wine, ginger and sesame oil) with functional
properties & are specially prepared by our experienced cook who has more than 30 years of
experience.
Other than our cooking principle of less oil, less salt and No MSG, all our cooking are designed to fit the
needs of post-natal bodies. We have prudent and comprehensive quality and hygienic control to ensure
correct eating and replenishing in your post natal month, and that you are free of worries what to eat,
not to mention the pain-staking preparation process.
With us, you may rest assured that the new mother would be in a better shape and health after the
post natal month

are in the dish to serve as a lubricant)
