Pratip has been in communication with him. He has deposit one of his staff, a post doc to work on the project in collaboration with the Banerjis and Barbra. They asked again for the data because they lost the information stored in their computers. Homeopathic Remedies: Pratip: SBL has no point of distribution in the USA. The banerjis can provide directly from their clinics the remedies required for the research part (nanoparticle/IRIS) and for the clinical trial (human trial/ Dr. Leanna) as a research material. Iris: remedies requirements: duplicates/ multiple samples. Peter: Generate a level of social attention to the benefits of the Banerji protocol in treating Brain cancer by using the social media channels he has in his disposal. Barbra and Partip agreed on doing that The Banerji book is in process of publication and Pratip will send a copy to each member in the group. Data mining from the clinic: Barbara, it was difficult to collect data. Examples: No initial stage for Breast cancer patients and no date of initial diagnosis for GBM. The brain tumor files did not have an adequate dataset to use for publication due to lack of followup data. NCI OCCAM is about to complete its fourth Best Case Series of GBM cases. Barbara: possible to include that in the manuscript or as a separate manuscript. SIO Conference: Patrip and Barbara: For the SIO conference it would be good to keep the translational science group and Dr. Jeff White aware of the nanoparticle aspect of the homeopathic remedies. Iris will submit an abstract for that. Barbara will submit an abstract discussing the benefits of conducting canine studies to test natural products. Action items for next meeting: 1. Welcome new members to the BP consortium, Dr. Joyce Frye (university of Maryland) and Mrs. Alison Teitelbaum ((National Center for Homeopathy) 2. Pratip will send a joint e-mail to Barbara and Dr. Sushanta Banerjee for an update about the Banerji protocol and GBM manuscript. 3. Dr. Barbara will write a draft of summary paper about converting a complicated clinical record form provided by NCI to a more friendly form used by the clinic staff in a very busy clinical environment without losing accuracy of the information and allowing more accurate scientific analysis. 4. Abstracts circulation for submission to the SIO conference. 5. The group will discuss the possibility to seek funding for a POMES study in Kolkata. 6. Anil, will suggest possible funders from India. 7. Dr. Leanna needs to send her mailing address to Khadija
