The Third Annual

Class of ’62 Auditorium
Join us for an interdisciplinary workshop designed to teach students
about conducting relevant community-engaged projects that are
effective, evidence-based, measureable, and sustainable.
AGENDA:
 Introduction to Social Determinants of Health
 Keys to conducting relevant and sustainable interventions that add to the
evidence base through evaluation
 Lunch will be provided as a panel of community champions discuss
effective community-engaged projects in Rochester
 Poster session highlighting successful community-engaged initiatives
 Resources and experts from local community-based organizations

Nursing students and September CHIC students do not need to RSVP, your instructors
