Rogue Room Class Descriptions
Power 45 – 45 minutes of intense power
movements, cardio, core work, and flexibility.
No workout is ever the same, with different
exercise variations and modifications to keep
your body guessing what’s next!
Led by Charles Pettigrew, ACE-CPT
Triple Threat – Cardiovascular, strength, and
core training in twenty minute segments.
Designed to help you get the most out of your
workout in the least amount of time!
Led by Sarah Cunnagin, ACE-CPT
H.I.I.T Bootcamp – Short bursts of high
intensity interval training coupled with select
strength training moves, providing the most
beneficial workout in a single class. Every
workout can be scaled to any fitness level.
Led by Shiloh Fisher, NASM-CPT
Saturday Sweatshop – Each Saturday, the
workout will be different so that neither you nor
your muscles will ever get bored! Functional
movements combined with high intensity
intervals will make sure you stay burning
calories, even after the class.

How do I get signed up for a class?
Classes are limited to 8 participants so the trainer
can effectively work with you. You must register
for classes and can do so at the front desk. You
can only reserve your spot in one class at a time
and can do so 24 hours in advance only (48 hours
if scheduling on Saturday for a Monday class).
Class fees are now FREE for Healthpark Members!!
Non-members may attend a class with a guest
pass and $5 fee or pay the day rate of $12 plus the
$5 fee for class. If paying as a non-member,
present your receipt of payment to your trainer.
Classes are for ages 16 and older only.
The Rogue Room and equipment is available for
member usage (16 and older) when classes are
not being held. Please exit the room and put away
equipment 15 minutes before any class time and
do not enter the room until 15 minutes after a
class has ended. No equipment may be removed
from the room (or taken onto the gym floor)
unless the member is under the supervision of a
Healthpark trainer.
